2、 Core process flow (mass production vs after-sales) - Mass production machine cleaning (factory assembly line)
Pre cleaning: Pre boil the watch case/strap with 90 ℃ hot water to remove wax and stamping oil/polishing wax.
Ultrasonic rough cleaning: 28kHz/60 ℃ dedicated wax removal water, assisted by throwing to remove stubborn stains.
Fine cleaning and oil removal: 40kHz/80 ℃ water-based cleaning agent, removes crevice oil stains, and prevents corrosion.
Rinsing and drying: Rinse with deionized water at 90 ℃ → Dry with hot air at 80 ℃ (0.1 μ m filter) without any water marks.
Movement cleaning (optional): Three slot ultrasonic cleaning machine (pre wash/main wash/rinse) → drying → re oiling → assembly.
Final inspection: Waterproof test (vacuum/high pressure), travel time calibration, and full appearance inspection. - After sales machine cleaning (watch maintenance)
Pre inspection: Use a calibration instrument to measure the amplitude/daily deviation, and use a microscope to check for scale/wear.
Full disassembly: case/strap/dial/hands separated, movement disassembled to part level.
