We complete the core assembly in a 100000 level dust-free workshop, where the air cleanliness is comparable to that of a medical environment: there are no more than 350000 particles of ≥ 0.5 μ m per cubic meter of air, and static electricity is neutralized layer by layer by ion fans to avoid damage to precision components. All materials are cleaned through a dedicated channel before entering the site, and the equipment is regularly maintained to prevent the production of metal debris. When gears mesh in a pure environment and the balance spring vibrates at a constant temperature and humidity, time has the most reliable carrier. The precision of this movement comes from every strict control in the dust-free workshop Clean Factory.
