Cleanliness requirements for the production environment: The workshop must meet Class 10,000 dust-free standards and be equipped with an air purification system. Personnel must wear anti-static dust-free clothing, shoes, and hats to prevent dust from adhering and affecting the precision and appearance of parts.
Temperature and humidity control: Maintain a constant temperature of 20℃±2℃ and a humidity range of 45%-55% RH to prevent metal parts from oxidizing, rubber components from aging, and movement parts from experiencing thermal expansion and contraction, which could lead to timing errors.
Anti-magnetic and shockproof: Equipped with anti-magnetic devices and shockproof workbenches, it avoids magnetic field interference with the movement’s timekeeping and reduces the impact of vibrations on precision components such as the balance wheel and hairspring.
Lighting and Static Electricity: Anti-glare LED lighting is employed to prevent light refraction from affecting detailed observation. Anti-static measures are taken throughout the entire process to prevent static electricity from damaging electronic components or attracting dust.
