The Clean Factory factory is a precision instrument cleaning and processing site, where the core risk points are concentrated in the use of chemicals, operation of precision equipment, protection of small parts, and electrostatic hazards. The following are targeted safety precautions covering the entire process operation specifications: 1. Safety preparation before operation: Inspect the environment and equipment. The cleaning workshop needs to maintain constant temperature and humidity (temperature 20-25°C, humidity 40%-60%) to avoid temperature and humidity fluctuations that may cause watch parts to deform or become damp; check the thermometer and hygrometer before starting work every day, and make adjustments in a timely manner if there are abnormalities.
Check the pipelines and power supplies of equipment such as ultrasonic cleaning machines, drying ovens, and air pressure spray guns to ensure they are in good condition. For ultrasonic cleaning machines, confirm the water level in the tank and the concentration of cleaning agent. For air pressure spray guns, inspect for any air leaks.
It is strictly prohibited to store flammable and explosive materials in the workshop. Keep them away from open flames and high-temperature heat sources. Equip the workshop with dry powder fire extinguishers and fire blankets, and place them in easily accessible locations.
When wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), anti-static gloves must be worn (to avoid damage to the movement parts from sweat and static electricity on the hands). It is prohibited to touch precision components such as watch movements, dials, and hands with bare hands.
When handling chemical cleaning agents (such as stain removers, alcohol, and specialized cleaning solutions), it is necessary to wear goggles and disposable masks to prevent liquid splashes into the eyes or inhalation of volatile gases; long hair should be tied up to avoid getting entangled in equipment.
Wear anti-static work clothes and anti-slip shoes. It is prohibited to store hard objects such as keys and coins in the pockets of work clothes to prevent them from falling and damaging parts or scratching equipment.
