Clean Factory Warranty scope: The warranty includes defects in materials and production, such as watch pointer detachment, movement malfunction, time deviation exceeding the specified range, sapphire crystal glass displacement, inaccurate date conversion, water ingress in the crown under normal conditions, and production process defects.
Not covered by warranty: Scratches on the appearance of the watch, chips, separation or breakage of the crown rod, wear or detachment of the bezel, wear, scratches or damage to the strap or clasp, scratches or looseness on the back of the watch, etc. are not covered by warranty. In addition, damages caused by improper use, accidents or unauthorized tampering, unauthorized repairs, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
Repair service: Repairs and maintenance tasks during the warranty period must be carried out by authorized service centers of the cleaning factory watch, otherwise it will result in the warranty being invalidated and may incur additional costs. If there is a problem within the warranty scope of the watch, after evaluation and verification of the defect by the dedicated service department of the cleaning factory watch, they will promise to repair or replace the affected watch. If the prototype number is not available, it will be replaced with the same or higher model.
